With the Holiday Season revving up, hectic baking, shopping and travel schedules along with drop in guests of the season. Here is a quick and amazingly easy recipe for those moments you need to have something simply delicious, and you are completely out of energy and time!
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 Cup Butter
1/4 Cup Cocoa
3/4 Cup White Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1/2 Cup flour
METHOD:
Melt butter in microwave. Add cocoa, sugar, and vanilla mix well. Add eggs one at a time slightly whipping after each one. The mixture will thicken just a bit then add the flour mixing just until blended.
Grease a microwave safe dish and pour in the brownie mixture. As an avid baker who takes pride in the traditional from scratch methods, I never thought I would utter these words;
Place the dish in the microwave and cook on high for 3 minutes.
Thats is it!
For added luxury you can slice or scoop onto a plate with ice cream, add icing, drizzle with chocolate sauce, or shape into balls and dip in chocolate as pictured below.
