Patient centred care recognizes your child is at the core of everything we do. It allows us to be engaged in your child's care in an authentic and collaborative way, in the comfort of their own home.

The goal of Symptom Management is patient centred care to prevent or treat as early as possible any symptoms and/or side effects that arise from the sickness; fever or vomiting, chest pain etc.

Medication Management is patient centred care that optimizes safe effective  medications appropriate for the condition, age, and size of the client. It is the key component to ensuring safe medication use.

Comfort Plan is documented communication  we obtain from the patient or family member to help the caregiver know the best strategies, comfort items, and environmental conditions that will promote the most calming environment for your child.
